Girl, Help Me started with a simple truth: some situations can only be understood by someone who has actually lived them. Not a therapist. Not a search engine. Another woman.
What we believe

Girl, Help Me exists to move that wisdom from one woman to another with the speed, honesty, and intimacy of a conversation between close friends.
